Information you choose to provide
The short homepage form asks for your name, email address, postal code and requested service. The detailed quote form also lets you provide a phone number, city, project description and up to three property photos. Phone, city, description and photos are optional. Provide only what is useful to explain your property and service needs. Please do not upload identity documents, financial information or images of identifiable people.
Why the information is used
Information is used to read your request, understand the property, clarify access and service needs, prepare an estimate and contact you about next steps. Services are planned for summer 2027. Sending a request does not reserve a service date or confirm availability. Your consent to request processing does not authorize marketing messages or publication of your photos.
How requests and photos are handled
The form transmits information over HTTPS to this WordPress website. A private request record is saved and a notification is sent to [email protected]. Optional photos are checked for accepted formats and size, resized and stored outside the public website directory. They are available only through authorized administration access and may be attached to the business notification. They are not added to a public gallery or public media library.
Access and service providers
GazonPro personnel who handle quotes and authorized website administrators may access requests as needed. The website is hosted through Hostinger and business email is handled through MXroute. These technical providers process information to host the website or deliver email. Hosting and email processing may take place outside Québec. This policy does not claim that every provider's infrastructure is located in Québec.
Retention
The website automatically deletes private quote records and their locally stored photos after 90 days, through its daily scheduled cleanup. This does not automatically remove copies already delivered to the business mailbox, exchanged correspondence or protected backups. Contact GazonPro about deletion of those copies and any records that must be retained for a continuing request or applicable obligation. Sending photos is optional; you can request an estimate without them.
Technical data and cookies
Website hosting, security and WordPress may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser information and access logs. The quote handler uses a short-lived, hashed IP-based counter to limit abuse. Essential WordPress or security cookies may support site operation or administration. No advertising tracking or newsletter subscription is added by this quote form. External links lead to sites with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You may leave optional fields blank and contact us directly by phone or email. To ask for access to information you supplied, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent for future use, or raise a privacy concern, contact GazonPro using the details above. We may need enough information to confirm that the request concerns your own records. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to prepare the requested estimate; it does not reverse uses already necessary to process your request.
